A travelling fire kitchen built by chefs, where every dish is crafted through flame, smoke and embers.
For one evening only, FOGO will serve a 5-course menu inspired by Mediterranean, Latin American and Asian fire traditions — cooked entirely over live fire. The menu includes 3 canapés and 2 glasses of wine.
